Amazing Scalp Health Kit!

I am so impressed with the Scalp Health Kit! My scalp feels incredibly nourished and my hair looks so much fuller. I've been using it for about a month now, and the difference is truly noticeable. I'm telling all my friends about this brand! Definitely shopping here again!

Love my new hair oil!

So, I decided to try BUR BUR for the first time, grabbed the Botanical Hair Oil, and it's been pretty sweet. My hair feels way softer and looks shinier, you know? It's not heavy at all, which is what I worried about. Packaging was cute too. It just feels good to use something natural. Definitely happy with it.

Comprehensive review of my order

I recently purchased the Strengthening Hair Serum and a Scalp Massager from BUR BUR. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed quickly. Delivery took about a week, which was within the expected timeframe they provided. The serum arrived well-packaged, and I appreciated that it wasn't overly fragrant. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and my hair does feel a bit stronger, less prone to breakage. The scalp massager is a nice addition, making the application of the serum feel more therapeutic. I haven't needed to contact customer support, so I can't comment on that, but the product quality and delivery experience were solid. The serum isn't greasy and absorbs well, which is important for daily use.

Good product, minor shipping issue

I ordered the Growing Season Botanical Hair Oil and liked the product. My scalp felt healthier after a few weeks of use, and I noticed less shedding. The oil itself wasn't greasy, which was a big plus for my fine hair. However, the delivery took 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long. I also had a small issue with tracking updates not being very clear. Overall, a good experience, but shipping could be a bit faster.

How long did it take for people to actually see results with the hair oil? Like, noticeable growth or less shedding?

C Cleo Walsh 1 month ago
For me, I started seeing less hair in my brush after about 6-8 weeks. New growth took a bit longer, maybe 3 months.

It's not overnight magic, you gotta be consistent. I felt my scalp was healthier quicker, like a month. Density took longer, 2-3 months at least.

Does anyone know if BUR BUR offers free shipping? Or do you have to hit a certain amount?

B Beth 2 months ago
Pretty sure it's free shipping if your order is over 50 bucks. That's usually how I get it.

Yeah, over $50. I just add a scalp massager to hit that minimum sometimes haha.

What's the difference between this and like, Mielle or Fable & Mane? Anyone used both?

B Brett W. 2 months ago
Mielle is good but BUR BUR feels more concentrated and a bit lighter for me. Fable & Mane is nice too, but I prefer the ingredients in BUR BUR.

I tried Fable & Mane before this. BUR BUR is less greasy feeling and I think the burdock/nettle combo works better for my scalp issues. Mielle is also good but a different vibe.

Has anyone had to return anything to BUR BUR? Was it a hassle or pretty straightforward?

C Chris J. 2 months ago
I returned a bottle once because I ordered the wrong one. Process was super easy, just followed the instructions on their site.

M Marcus Kim 2 months ago
Yeah, returns were easy. Just make sure it's within their policy timeframe and unused.

I'm looking at the bundles, but also have a 10% off code from signing up for emails. Can I use both on a bundle?

C Cody 2 months ago
Nah, usually you can't stack codes. If the bundle is already discounted, the email code probably won't work on top of it.

B Brett 1 month ago
I tried that once, didn't work. It's usually one promo code per order, and discounted bundles count as a 'promo'.

Is the BUR BUR oil actually good for color-treated hair? I don't want it to strip my color.

A Andre 1 month ago
It's totally fine! I have highlights and it hasn't affected my color at all, if anything my hair feels healthier.

My stylist said plant-based oils like this are usually safe for treated hair. Haven't had an issue with my red dye.

Hey, I'm thinking about getting the Growing Season oil but I live in Los Angeles. How long does shipping usually take to California?

M Mia T. 2 months ago
Mine got to SF in about 5 days, so LA should be similar, maybe a little faster since it's closer to wherever they ship from.

L Laura Marsh 2 months ago
Yeah, I'm in San Diego and it took like 4-6 business days for my last order.

Thinking of trying the botanical oil. Are these products actually vegan and cruelty-free, like for real?

N Nina 2 months ago
Yep, confirmed on their site. All plant-based and no animal testing. That's why I chose them over some others.

T Tom Lindqvist 2 months ago
Totally legit. It's one of their main things, always advertised as such.
